A Dream A/V Cabinet
Before the cabinet looks as gorgeous as the photo above, this article will guide you through the unboxing and setup process. The BDI Elements 8779 arrives in a very large, heavy box. By heavy I mean a whopping 196 lbs. So if you’re not prepared to move that much heft, I’d highly recommend white-glove service, which will deliver fully assembled and place in your desired location. Otherwise, phone a mask-wearing friend and get them over. You’ll likely need help. However, I was able to confirm one person setup is possible. Now lets rip open the box!
Box Opened
Once unboxed, I tipped it onto its rear to access the bottom side to attach the base. Note each compartment is vented. Ideally you’d want it completely upside down to install the base, but as a one person job, this method worked.
