Just launched in October 2023, Arcam’s RADIA Series consists of five hi-fi components designed to work together for digital and analog music playback. The line consists of a network music streamer (model ST5), CD player (model CD5), and three integrated amplifiers (models A5, A15, and A25).
We have extensive coverage of the RADIA Series launch event in London, England on October 3, 2023. In addition, we take a deep dive into the RADIA Series with Jim Garrett of Harman Luxury Audio on the eCoustics Podcast.
The RADIA series aims to be an affordable option for hi-fi enthusiasts that value its sonic performance and sleek, one-of-a-kind looks.
Just how impressive are the new flagship A25 integrated amplifier ($1,499) and matching ST5 network music streamer ($799)?
The amp (100 watts per channel) is currently the only one in the line-up featuring Class-G amplification, an ESS ES9280A PRO DAC, and USB-C input for streaming.
The matching ST5 streamer brings additional support for hi-res music streaming via TIDAL Connect and Roon, plus it supports Spotify Connect, Qobuz, Amazon Music, MQA, Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Chromecast.
EIC Ian White will have a follow-up review in early February with both components and a wider range of loudspeakers.
