Xantech Promotes Alex Orellana to Manager of Technical Services

Orellana Will Oversee Implementation of Xantech’s New Consumer Resource Management Software

Sylmar, Calif. — February 4, 2008 — Xantech Corporation has announced today the promotion of Alex Orellana to manager of technical services. In his new role, one of Orellana’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee the implementation and internal training of RIATA–Xantech’s new consumer resource management (CRM) software.

“Alex’s knowledge of Xantech products and his familiarity of the entire Xantech organization is a tremendous asset that we can utilize to provide our customers with the quickest and most thorough service possible,” said Don Mosandl, vice president of operations. “I am absolutely confidant that Alex will excel with his new duties and goals.”

A ten year Xantech veteran, Orellana previously served as the liaison between Xantech and its factory in China. As the manager of technical resources, Orellana, who reports directly to the vice president of operations, will focus primarily on Xantech’s RIATA software. Evidence of Xantech’s continued commitment to provide the best service possible, RIATA is a proven software system that ensures customers are provided prompt service that meets their needs thus enhancing their level of satisfaction. Other duties will include monitoring improvements to phone systems–resulting in reduced service times–along with overseeing manufacturing engineering issues.

One way we can accomplish this is through RIATA which will help us improve and streamline our internal operations to provide our customers the most reliable and comprehensive service.”
