Velodyne Names Finn as Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Morgan Hill, CA (September 28, 2004) — Velodyne Acoustics Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of powered subwoofers for home-theater and consumer audio, announces the appointment of Joe Finn as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. In his new position, Finn will spearhead all sales activities for Velodyne’s complete subwoofer line east of the Mississippi and will also be responsible for managing the Velodyne representatives in that region. He will be based in the Chicago area.

Finn has had a very successful 20-year career in the audio industry. Most recently he was a territory manager at Tandem Marketing Inc. Prior to serving as a territory manager, Finn held various managerial positions for companies such as Sonance, Bang & Olufsen America Inc. and Polk Audio. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Masters of Educational Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago.
