New on the TV One stand at ISE 2008, being held next month in Amsterdam, will be transmission of DVI over a single Cat.5 cable as well as wireless DVI connectivity. TV One are set to impress visitors by showing these fantastic products working in conjunction with their Switcher/Scaler systems to produce the same incredible quality of converted and scaled picture images that TV One are well-respected for.
A single DVI signal coming from a TV One CORIOflex system will be split into two with one being transmitted over 300m of Cat.5 cable before being fed into a C2-7200 Dual Channel Scaler from TV One. The second signal will be input straight into the C2-7200 from the DVI splitter and acting as a dual picture in picture device, the C2-7200 will be used to place the two inputs into windows and place them side by side onto one 42inch LCD. Visitors to the stand will be able to see and compare the insignificant difference in picture quality from both signals even though one signal has travelled considerably further.
Also being shown on the TV One Stand will be a wireless DVI connection. A HD PC output will be fed into a TV One C2-7100, along with the output from an HD Camera and a separate video source, to create a dual picture in picture on a PC background. This new processed image will output from the C2-7100 into a wireless DVI transmitter to be picked up by a wireless DVI receiver at the opposite end of the TV One Stand, where the signal will be fed to a 46″ High Definition Monitor.
This new technology being shown on the TV One Stand will be making its ISE debut in January 2008 and is sure to be a big attraction.
