Trovare Audio Introduces Reference Loudspeaker Luva S2

SEATTLE, WA (March 15, 2004) — Trovare Audio Corp. releases its latest reference two way model Luva S2, a completely innovative combination of baffle design technology and series crossover engineering with only four elements. This new model has been in the research and development phase for the last almost two years.

“It is one of the very few two way floor-standing speakers that produces a full-range reference response from 29Hz to 20Khz, with an 8 inch woofer and a dual ring radiator tweeter,” said the Director of Product Development at Trovare Audio Corp., Luke Rickert. Luva is designed for home theater and studio listening applications and offers crystal clear reproduction and wide imaging, according to Rickert.

Luva uses premium crossover parts including air core inductors made from pure silver. Trovare Audio is making Luva available with an array of custom finish options, from exotic fine wood veneer to solid colored laminates and rare metal laminates. Each speaker is meticulously designed to blend elegantly into any home. The standard finish, priced at US$3400 has titanium front baffle and deep cherry veneered sides.

Having series crossover eliminates the need for bi-wiring. In addition, having the least number of crossover-elements, without sacrificing the linearity of SPL response, ensures less clutter between the source component and the audience. The result is purity of sound, as intended by recording engineers and studios, without coloration or interpretation by the loudspeaker itself.

“Sure we could include an array of drivers; sure we could also raise the price with it. But at Trovare Audio we challenge our engineers to create the most lean and attractive product from a design and price stand-point, keeping one thing constant: uncompromised sound quality,” said the founder Raj Patra. “And now Luva is giving our customers just that.”

All Trovare Audio loudspeakers are handcrafted with custom components and assembled in the US. Trovare Audio is admired for its craftsmanship in cabinet construction and for offering the best price-to-value ratio in the loudspeaker industry.

Luva S2 comes with a lifetime limited warranty and a customer satisfaction guarantee. And for a limited time, all shipping and handling charges are free from Trovare Audio certified dealers. For more information and custom finish options, please visit www.trovareaudio.com.
