TM4B Simplifies Two-Way SMS

Text-Messaging for Business (TM4B) has recently announced the launch of its new two-way SMS service that aims to put customers in control by simplifying the two-way SMS process.

Whilst SMS (also known as ‘text-messaging’) may have been around for some time, the new two-way service offered by TM4B allows users to receive SMS and gives them the ability to customise the way in which incoming messages are dealt.

Once a user has a keyword or a dedicated number allocated to their TM4B account, all they have to do is login to SMS Online and then instruct TM4B’s messaging platform how to react to incoming messages.

“We’ve done our best to make it as easy as possible for everyone”, states Fahed Bizzari, Managing Directory of TM4B.

“Even if your computer literacy is minimal, our clients can configure their account to send automatic responses back to the sender either by email or SMS and if you’re on the move, or want to provide a 24 hour support service, you can even get your incoming SMS forwarded to your mobile phone.”

One of the key features that TM4B’s new two-way service provides is, what they call, “auto-responders”. These automatically send responses back to the senders’ phones or to an e-mail address provided via SMS, particularly useful for marketers.

E-mail auto-responders work when potential customers are requested to send their email address via SMS. As soon as an SMS is received, a pre-written e-mail containing more detailed marketing information is sent out to the sender by e-mail.

TM4B expects this new service to receive a warm welcome by all types of organisations and TM4B has announced that, unlike other SMS Gateways, it will not charge for each message received.
