Featuring Tune Tray, Dual USB Ports, Advanced Sound Functionality
The new Sony DSX-S300BTX and DSX-S200X car stereos each feature Sony’s TuneTray, an internal mechanical compartment for an iPod or other USB devices.
On command, the sleek front faceplate of each stereo will flip down and outputs the TuneTray compartment, complete with an iPod adapter, for quick connection to music players. Once connected to a device, the stereo flips back up and maintains standard functionality. Each model also features an external USB input, allowing users to connect two USB capable devices simultaneously, as well as a crystal-clear OEL display.

The DSX-S300BTX Head Unit features built-in Bluetooth technology for hands-free calling and wireless music streaming. This model also has Sony’s unique SensMe technology, which analyzes a connected music library to create custom playlists and radio channels, and utilizes an Advanced Sound Engine (ASE) to provide an outstanding in car sound environment.
Sony DSX-S200X
The DSX-S200X also features both SensMe technology as well as an Advanced Sound Engine. These models join Sony’s current DSX-S100, currently in market, expanding the innovative TuneTray car stereo lineup to three models.
The Sony DSX-S300BTX and DSX-S200X head units will be available this September at authorized retailers nationwide for about $280 and $200, respectively.
