Sharp announced the HT-SL75 and HT-SL77 2.1 speaker bar systems for improving TV sound quality, while providing a sleek and unobtrusive look to match their AQUOS TVs. The speakers can be used as left/right pairs vertically or horizontally, like a sound bar. A powered subwoofer is included with each system.
The HT-SL75 is 2.1 system with a 1-inch wide speaker bar that matches the 60″ – 70″ AQUOS TV line either horizontal or vertical. It also includes an auto on/circuit, HDMI input 1.4a 3D Pass Thru and an active RMS 100W subwoofer for optimal sound. Wall mounting hardware, vertical stands and a HDMI cable are packaged with the unit. It is available now for $329.99.
The HT-SL77 is a 2.1 system with a 1-inch wide center speaker for a low profile design that is adjustable to match the AQUOS TV line 46″/52″/60″/70″ horizontally and 60″ – 70″ vertical. It also incorporates a wireless subwoofer that can be setup in any location, within a 25' range. Wall mounting hardware, vertical stands, and a HDMI cable are supplied with the model. Coming April 2012 for $449.99.
