Sceptre just released the Roku Ready, energy efficient 50-inch LED HDTV (model X505BV-FMDR) featuring SRS TruSurround HD Sound technology, ultra-slim borders, brushed textured bezel and MHL technology to connect mobile devices to the HDTV.
MHL technology directly connects mobile devices to the HDTV using a single MHL cable, transmitting up to 1080P high-definition video and surround sound audio while simultaneously charging the connected mobile device. By using the MHL connectivity, users can share and play games, watch videos, view photos and display all media from a portable device to Sceptre’s 50-inch LED HDTV.
The X505BV-FMDR is equipped with a 50-inch crystal clear, 1080P 1920×1080 resolution and a true widescreen 16:9 ratio. It boast 3 HDMI ports that give users the option of connecting multiple devices at the same time without having to disconnect and exchange cables, and can be easily wall mounted for smaller rooms.
