Sceptre just released SoundPal (model SP05032), a football shaped, portable Bluetooth speaker that also functions as a speakerphone or sound bar, while offering up to 6 hours of on-the-go music listening. SoundPal delivers room-filling sound via two active drivers, one passive bass radiator and an integrated amplifier. Designed to be universally compatible, the portable speaker is equipped with NFC and Bluetooth connectivity, making it easy to pair with smartphones, music players, tablets and more.
The SoundPal also comes with a 3.5mm line-in cable for non-Bluetooth devices, allowing it to directly connect to television sets, older sound systems, computers and more. To ensure easy music listening even without a connected device, Sceptre’s SoundPal has a Micro SD card reader, allowing users play music directly from the Micro SD card.
Scepte’s SoundPal charges via USB and comes with an integrated noise cancelling microphone, transforming it into a speakerphone when needed. When connected via Bluetooth, the SoundPal’s on-board controls gives users the ability to answer or ignore phone calls, pause and resume music and switch tracks.
The SoundPal weighs less than 1 pound, has a unique shape that is easy to carry around and comes with a variety of convenient accessories including a protector cover to prevent bumps and scrapes, a carabineer to easily clip on backpacks and a Dual 3.5 mm to RCA Stereo Audio Cable. The Dual 3.5 mm to RCA Stereo Audio cable transforms two SoundPals into the perfect TV sound enhancer by directly connecting the speakers to the TV and automatically pumping out left and right sound.
