Sangoma Selected for Large-Scale Installation for Loto-Quebec

Sangoma’s PC-based hardware is built into gaming terminals for Quebec lottery

Markham, Ontario — November 16, 2007 — Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSXV: STC), the premium provider of PC-based telephony hardware and software for networking and telephony solutions, announced today that their premium PC-based hardware is being installed in lottery terminals to be installed throughout the Province of Quebec, Canada by Loto-Quebec Corporation.

Sangoma’s PCI-based ADSL, T1 and 56kbps DDS cards will be supplied under subcontract to Sagem Communications (SAFRAN Group) of Paris, France for installation in lottery terminals provided to Loto-Quebec. The cards will connect the lottery terminals throughout the Province of Quebec to the central office. Approximately 10,000 cards of different types will be purchased in an initial deal worth approximately $800,000 US.

Loto-Quebec Corporation is an agency of the Government of Quebec that operates a public lottery and video lottery network, as well as having interests in casinos and other businesses.
