ReQuest Multimedia Expands Its Sales Team with the Appointment of Eastern & Western Regional Sales Managers

Ballston Spa, New York–July 6, 2004–ReQuest Multimedia, the industry leader in digital music servers for audio and audio-video entertainment systems, has announced the expansion of its Sales Team with the appointment of Hank Alexander as Western Regional Sales Manager and Patrick Gaffney to the position of Eastern Regional Sales Manager.

Hank Alexander has been with ReQuest Multimedia for over a year and prior to joining ReQuest Multimedia, he was the Regional Home Audio Sales & Training Manager at Kenwood Consumer Electronics USA where he gained experience in the design and development of new products and training programs for both retail and dealer accounts. Based in ReQuest Multimedia’s Denver office, he will be responsible for all Territories west of the Mississippi. Alexander is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and has 15 years of experience in the Custom Audio industry.

Patrick Gaffney joins ReQuest Multimedia with several years of experience gained from within the music, pro audio and high-end custom installation side of the consumer electronics business. Most recently he was employed with Media Systems of Boston, Massachusetts where he worked as a Sales Manager and Design Consultant for seven years, becoming an expert at selling ReQuest Multimedia’s product line to consumers.

In this new role, Patrick will be responsible for all territories east of the Mississippi with the exception of New England, Upstate and Metro New York.

Gaffney is a graduate of the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam, New York where he earned a BA in music. He resides in the Boston area and has been in the music business for the past 14 years.

Their appointments will give us the added strength we need to assist our dealers in their respective territories and provide training where needed.”
