NetVanta 3120/3130 Provide Cost-Effective Solutions for SMB and Enterprise Applications

(NASDAQ: ADTN), a leading supplier of networking equipment, today announced that MegaPath, a leading provider of managed IP voice, data and security services in North America, has selected ADTRAN’s NetVanta 3120 and 3130 IP Fixed-port Access Routers for deployments with their services to Small and Midsized Business (SMB) and Enterprise customers.

The NetVanta 3130 is a fixed-port ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+ IP access router with an integral four-port VLAN Ethernet switch. This product is designed for carrier bundled service offerings and secure, high-speed Internet access and corporate connectivity. In addition to supporting ADSL (Annex A), and ADSL2, the NetVanta 3130 supports today’s most advanced ADSL technology, ADSL2+, for applications taking advantage of its greater reach and higher bandwidth, up to 25Mbps.
