Integra introduced the DBS-50.2 Blu-ray Disc Player, which is the company's first THX Certified Blu-ray Disc Player. The DBS-50.2 has a heavy-duty, and highly rigid chassis with double-layer top cover and an optimally balanced drive mechanism. The audio, digital video, and analog video circuits are physically isolated from each other. There is a 7.1-channel analog audio output.
The Integra DBS-50.2 uses the Marvell Qdeo HD Video processor and offers HDMI 1.3a to support 1080p, Deep Color, x.v.color, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. It also upscales all standard definition DVD Sources to 1080p.
It features an Ethernet port for BD-Live (Profile 2.0), video on-demand for access to services such as Netflix, CinemaNOW, and Blockbuster On Demand.
The DBS-50.2 supports all standard BD, DVD, CD media, including ROM, RE, and MP3 CDs, plus each has an SD/SDHC memory card slot. It is DLNA 1.5 Certified for streaming videos, photos, and music, and play AVCHD, WMA, and JPEG formats.
In addition to HDMI, the DBS-50.2 Blu-ray player has component and composite video outputs, and optical/coaxial digital audio outputs.
