February 7, 2007: ST. LOUIS, MO — Richard Schneider, president of HDTV antenna manufacturer Terrestrial Digital, was featured in the January 2007 issue of Antenna Systems & Technology magazine. Schneider was one of 7 antenna company executives asked to provide a recap of 2006 and a forecast of the products and technology customers can expect in 2007.
Antenna Systems & Technology is a trade publication for professionals in the antenna industry, including commercial operators, OEMs that integrate antennas and components into their wireless systems and infrastructures, antenna manufacturers, dealers/distributors and companies involved with wireless systems, cellular, and RF & microwave communications markets.
Schneider was the only television antenna manufacturer featured in the 2007 forecast. He used the opportunity to briefly recap the success of the company’s Lacrosse antenna, released in 2006, and introduce the company’s Micron line of antennas, due to hit the market in 2007.
“Throughout the past year, using new development tools to run thousands of ‘what if’ scenarios to optimize performance and reduce size,” Schneider said, “We have produced the most powerful small form antennas on the market.”
The micron line will feature three new antennas: an outdoor model, an indoor model and the first practical DTV antenna/ATSC set-top box combo on the market.
Terrestrial Digital is a St. Louis based manufacturer and distributor of off air HDTV antennas.
