Powerful Triumph Thruxton Plus Additional Prizes Go to Installation Pros for Learning the MSC-400 Master System Controller; First Winners Announced

HARRISON, NY, Oct. 29, 2007 — There’s still a month available for Custom Installation Professionals to win a powerful Triumph Thruxton Motorcycle plus additional prizes in the unique contest sponsored by Universal Remote Control, Inc., the leader in control system design and manufacturing for home and professional entertainment systems.

Installation professionals entering URC’s Triumph with Control Contest can participate in a virtual race to increase their chances of winning the Grand Prize Triumph Thruxton, or additional prizes awarded in monthly drawings.

The first additional prizes, for September, have been awarded to Mike Prince, Queensbury, NY, who won a Nintendo Wii Game Console; John Dudley, Thousand Oaks, Cal., who won a Triumph Money Box; and Glenn Gardner, Seattle, Wash., who won a Triumph Beach Towel. Prizes for October include an MSC-400 Master System Controller with MX-3000 Color Touchscreen Remote, and a Canon PowerShot Digital Camera; as well as a Currier PC Bag, and Triumph Money Box, which is a bank shaped like a Bonneville/Thruxton gas tank.

URC will award the Triumph Thruxton to the winner of a special Grand Prize drawing in mid-November, as well as several additional prizes..

The Triumph Thruxton is a faithful version of a Sixties racer, with adjustable front and rear suspension, aluminum rims and a floating front disc. It combines classic style and perfect proportions with a modern attitude and exhilarating, fluid performance. Its 865cc air-cooled power plant is the most powerful in Triumph’s twin-cylinder line-up. The sturdy, preload adjustable 41mm telescopic forks and twin rear shocks provide superb suspension and compliance. A fully floating 320mm front disc and twin-piston brake caliper contribute powerful, sensitive, braking performance._ The Thruxton captures the essence of the cafe racer, while its harder edge delivering real sporting character.

Installation professionals can increase their chances by earning additional Contest Entries by completing virtual Laps showing their knowledge of or experience with URC’s pioneering MSC-400 Master System Controller. They can also earn extra Contest Entries by attending MSC-400 training sessions, live or at URC’s online Control Room. Full contest details are available from URC. There is no cost to participate. Triumph Motorcycles Ltd is not a sponsor of this contest.
