The gaming category has exploded into a full-blown juggernaut, and with consoles and PC gaming more popular than ever, the market is overflowing with gear promising to level up your experience. Alongside visuals, audio plays a massive role in the gaming experience — and audio brands have eagerly jumped into the arena with specialized headphones, earbuds, and speaker systems tailored for gamers.
One such player is Final, which entered the scene in 2023 with the wired VR2000 gaming earphones, followed by the VR3000 in 2024. For 2025, Final is cranking things up a notch in both performance and convenience with the debut of the VR3000 Wireless — their first gaming-focused true wireless earbuds.
What The VR3000 Wireless Offers
Building on the immersive soundstage and pinpoint directional accuracy of the wired VR2000 and VR3000 models, the new VR3000 Wireless adds low-latency connectivity and hybrid noise cancellation to the mix—delivering a new level of freedom and immersion for mobile, console, and PC gamers alike.
Low Latency
At the core of the VR3000 Wireless is Final’s newly developed ultra-low latency system. Thanks to a bundled USB-C wireless transmitter, latency is slashed to under 20 milliseconds — faster than standard Bluetooth and virtually on par with wired performance. The system works seamlessly with PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, and Android smartphones, and includes a USB-C to USB-A adapter for added compatibility.
For gamers, this means reaction times stay razor-sharp — with every footstep, gunshot, and positional audio cue landing exactly when and where it should, just as the developers intended.
Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation
Final has also added hybrid active noise cancellation to the VR3000 Wireless. This capability filters out background noise such as air conditioning or PC fans. This supports undistracted and fatigue-free experience for longer sessions – whether competing online or exploring vast open worlds.
Drivers
Inside each earpiece of the VR3000 Wireless is Final’s proprietary f-Core for VR driver, now upgraded to a 10mm dynamic unit. This larger, purpose-built driver is engineered for fast, clean, and precise audio delivery—ideal for the demanding acoustic environments of modern gaming.
Tuning
The VR3000 Wireless is meticulously tuned in-house by Final in Tokyo, Japan, with a sound profile optimized for spatial accuracy, balance, and lifelike realism. This tuning helps players pinpoint audio cues in 3D space with exceptional clarity and precision.
Final’s philosophy prioritizes realism and accurate positioning over bloated bass or gimmicky effects. From subtle footsteps to immersive ambient soundscapes, the VR3000 Wireless delivers detailed, controlled audio across the entire frequency spectrum — exactly how game audio is meant to be heard.
Ear Tips
The VR3000 Wireless comes supplied with Final’s Type E TWS ear tips in five sizes for a secure and comfortable fit, along with dual MEMS microphones for clear voice chat in multiplayer sessions.
Rechargeable Batteries
The VR3000 Wireless offers up to 38 hours of battery life, with 8 hours of continuous use on a single charge (ANC on), and an additional 30 hours provided by the charging case.
Water Resistance
The VR3000 Wireless has an IPX5 waterproof rating, making it suitable for on-the-go listening and workout use.
Final Connect App
To round things out, Final’s ‘final CONNECT’ app (Android, iOS) provides EQ adjustment and noise mode switching via a clean, intuitive interface.

The Bottom Line
Final may be a name you’re not yet familiar with, but the brand has been crafting high-quality audio gear for over 15 years.
We’ve reviewed several Final products, including the UX2000 and UX3000 Wireless ANC Headphones, the ZE3000 True Wireless Earphones, and the VR2000 Gaming Earphones. Across the board, we found them to be strong performers — all at impressively low price points.
Based on what we know so far, the VR3000 Wireless earphones appear to be a solid choice for gaming audio. Compared to the wired VR2000 and VR3000 models, the wireless version offers greater freedom of movement, especially when the action heats up.
However, there’s one potential point of confusion: the VR3000 Wireless shares the same model label as the wired VR3000. This could lead to some buyers accidentally purchasing the wrong version.
Pricing and Availability
The Final VR3000 Wireless will be available to buy from 15th April 2025 for £109 / €129 / $129 via Amazon, final-inc.com (or snext-final.com/en), and selected retailers worldwide.

Thinking back almost 45 years to the launch of the Atari and Intelivision, it’s amazing to see how the gaming industry has evolved.

The high-end audio industry does not understand how to market and that’s where gaming has a huge advantage. Gaming headsets are a massive category and both kids/adults own multiple sets. My own kid has 4 including the Audeze Maxwell. Wireless gaming earbuds will be a big draw.
