New York, New York, November 8, 2006 — The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA ) today announced Final Sound as an International CES Innovations 2007 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree in the High End Audio Category for Final Sound 300i ST at the CES New York Press Preview. Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, engineers and members of the trade press to honor outstanding design and engineering in cutting edge consumer electronics.
“The new Model 300i does not compromise: it passionately embraces design while producing extremely clear, uncoloured, realistic sound. Final is committed to delivering an aesthetically beautiful speaker, this extremely flat and elegant panel is our new floor standing electrostatic speaker. We are honored to be nominated for this extremely prestigious award,” said Ellen Minkels, vice president of marketing and communications. “As every Final loudspeaker, the new 300i is also a line array. Panels based on this principle are less prone to acoustic influences and will bring an even distributed sound pressure level to any listening position in the room. The 300i perfectly fits perfectly into our modular philosophy.”
