Esoteric Mexcel Series of Wire and Cable Available

ESOTERIC, a division of TEAC America, Inc., manufacturer of high end consumer electronics, demonstrated the new ESOTERIC Mexcel brand of specialty wire and cable, previously sold only in Japan. Products include component interconnects in RCA/RCA-digital and XLR/XLR-digital configuration. Other products include loudspeaker cables, phono cables and 7N/AC power cables. Ultra high quality 6N, 7N (99.99999% purity), and 8N copper are used extensively throughout the line.

The ESOTERIC 8N-Reference, Limited Edition phono cable, incorporates 8N (99.999999%), high purity “stress-free” copper (“Cu”), conductors. The 8N Cu that ESOTERIC has procured, guarantees 99.999999% signal purity and less-than-0.01ppm (Parts per million), of metallic impurities. This ultimate quality level is maintained by using GD-Ms* high precision material analysis technology. The 8N Cu wire uses a special “stress-free” annealing technology to minimize distortion of the crystalline structure of the copper. This optimizes the high purity and conductivity of the 8N-Reference copper cable. ESOTERIC’s “state of the art,” phono cable is available in 5 pin or RCA configurations.

ESOTERIC’s “Stress Free,” Mexcel cables were co-developed with TEAC ESOTERIC Company and Mitsubishi Cable Industries. The products are manufactured in Japan by ESOTERIC and Acro Japan Corporation (ACROLINK). All wire and cable products are available now through Esoteric’s dealer network of audio video specialists.
