dB Logic today announced its superior sound pressure level limiting HP-100 headphones for teens and adults. The headphones feature dB Logic's SPL2 technology to help protect users from long-term hearing damage, regulating volume as needed while providing great stereo sound.

dB Logic's proprietary SPL2 technology limits volume levels using advanced circuitry and eliminates the need for bulky battery-powered processors required by competitive sound pressure limiting products. By maintaining the integrity of the sound, the limiting is transparent to the listener. dB Logic's award-winning headphones provide the industry's highest-quality listening experience and can help avoid hearing damage due to long-term exposure to high sound pressure levels.

“According to the American Academy of Audiology, approximately 12 percent of all children ages 6-19 have noise induced hearing loss. We are excited to offer a product that will allow consumers of all ages to enjoy their music, while at the same time, help to avoid hearing damage from loud volumes,” said Med Dyer, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at dB Logic.

Pricing and Availability
dB Logic HP-100 headphones are now available for $49.95 in blue, red, silver, orange, pink or green.
