New Development Software for Lighting Specifiers and Designers
Crestron announced today the release of its new Green Light Designer software, a simple-to-use program that helps lighting specifiers, designers and sales people to efficiently design a Crestron commercial lighting system. The information compiled by this software enables the Crestron Sales Support Services to quickly generate an accurate quote.
System design is accomplished in four steps: enter the load schedule, shade schedule, control stations (the type and characteristics of the user interfaces) and sensors; the software does the rest. It will output a selection of reports, including Bill of Materials, one-line diagram and load schedule, all of which can be exported to .pdf format.
Projects can be comprised of multiple system types, including Crestron iLux integrated lighting systems, architectural dimming and power switching. As information is entered, the software intelligently processes this data and adds the appropriate Crestron products to suit the project requirements.
Crestron Green Light Designer is available as a single-install package, and does not depend on any other Crestron software.
