Cambridge Audio is expanding its award-winning Evo series with the new Evo 150 DeLorean Edition Network Amplifier.
This is the first product to be released that celebrates Cambridge as the official audio partner of the DeLorean Motor Company, Inc. (although the two companies have collaborated previously on the development of the yet-to-be-released Delorean Alpha5 EV).
The DeLorean Connection
Although sonically identical to the original Evo 150 streaming amplifier, the DeLorean Edition strips down to bare metal with crafted, brushed bodywork and silver detailing that pays homage to the iconic DeLorean DMC-12 automobile.
The Evo 150 DeLorean Edition comes with two body styles with interchangeable magnetic side panels giving listeners a convenient change of styling. One of the panels harkens back to the ’80s, replicating the front grille and classic logos of the Delorean DMC-12. The second-panel option takes users back to the future with brushed metal panels featuring the new logo from the forthcoming DeLorean ultra-luxury sports car.
Completing the Evo 150 DeLorean Edition’s new design is the Evo’s dual-concentric rotary dial and large 6.8-inch LCD panel that provides operational status info as well as full-color digital album artwork.
From internet radio to music streaming services, to digital or analog music collections, Evo 150 DeLorean Edition provides a great music listening experience via the StreamMagic app (Android/iOS).
With 150-watts of amplification, there is enough power output for almost any pair of speakers such as the Cambridge Audio Evo S bookshelf speakers.

It is not that I am speechless, but rather that the look of this Network Amp says it all.

ORT,
Something left you speechless? 😉
Did you see the VU meters? There is a download for the Evo 150 and 75 coming that introduces that feature. I will be downloading it right away.
