Ares Digital Introduces The MyGuide 4300 Series of Portable Navigation and Entertainment Devices

Milpitas, Calif. — November 1, 2006 — Ares Digital, a California-based consumer electronics marketing company, announces the U.S. release of the MyGuide 4300 Series. This feature loaded, portable navigation and media player device offers comprehensive Tele Atlas digital map data, larger image viewing in a bright 4.3 -inch screen. It also features all Tele Atlas maps stored on a 1GB SD Card and a full accessory kit. The unit is available as of November 20, 2006 at a suggested MSRP of $499.

The first product released from the MyGuide 4300 Series is an attractive navigation and personal entertainment solution consisting of a sharp 4.3-inch wide TFT Transflective panel with an LED backlight with a brightness of 165 cd. Featuring a fast 400 MHz processor, built in GPS receiver and highly sensitive SiRF III chipset for smooth and fast navigation. The unit features big, bright graphics, clear voice commands and easy operation for door-to-door directions.

The MyGuide 4300 Series comes with all necessary accessories for its use. Detailed maps of the contiguous United States and Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam are included on the 1GB SD Card. Included applications are: Movie player, Juke box, Image viewer,
GPS viewer, Car diary, White board, File browser and Calculator.
