Ares Digital Introduces MyGuide 3300 Series of Personal Navigation Devices Featuring Bluetooth Connectivity

GPS navigation device offers hand-free connectivity, Tele Atlas maps of the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam, and turn-by-turn voice guidance

Milpitas, Calif. — December 19, 2006 — Ares Digital, a California-based consumer electronics marketing company, announces the U.S. release of the MyGuide 3300. At a suggested MSRP of $399, this full-featured portable navigator includes a bright 3.5O LCD touch screen, Tele Atlas maps of the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam, hands-free calling with Bluetooth connectivity, travel assistance with 2.6 million preloaded points of interest and even digital entertainment with its MP3 player, photo/video viewer and games.

OThis unit is very useful for anyone traveling for business or pleasure. One unit provides maps and travel information for the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. The Points of Interest feature is indispensable when traveling to unfamiliar areas. It can even help travelers locate a place to stay or access emergency services. The hands-free feature and the turn-by-turn voice guidance really helps drivers stay focused on the road,O stated David Glassman, of Ares Digital, Inc.

The MyGuide 3300 features crisp, clear color graphics, distinct voice commands and easy Plug and Drive operation. The unit has contains an integrated GPS antenna and highly sensitive SiRF III chip, combined with 2GB of onboard memory that supports up to a 2GB SD/MMC card. It comes with both a car charger and A/C adapter, but will run for 3 hours on its internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Available options include a TMC (Traffic Message Channel) antenna for avoiding traffic jams, and European maps for foreign travelers. Live technical support is available M-F 9 – 5 pm PST.
