A sneak preview of this line was offered to booth visitors during CES and received great feedback. The TOPY Mini Writer features DataPlay discs – the smallest optical discs in the world. The extremely small dimensions of the Mini Writer are 1.3″ X 1.65″ X 0.11″. Packaged with three free 500MB DataPlay optical discs to store data or as a backup for large files, the Mini Writer is hot pluggable and compatible with Win98/2k/XP, Mac 9.2.0 or Linux Kernel 2.4.0. operating systems. Drivers are available online at www.ritekusa.com. Additional blank 500MB write-once Dataplay media is available in convenient 5 or 10 disc packs. Popular street pricing ranges between $123 and $130 USD. Look forward to new larger capacity 750 MB and1 GB discs later this year.

A limited lifetime warranty is also included on all RIDATA brand media.
