On March 22, 2021 ecoustics.com Founder, Brian Mitchell and Editor-in-Chief, Ian White were guests on Black Circle Radio (BCR), broadcast live on Muskegon 100.9 WFFR-LP in Michigan. Black Circle Radio, hosted by Mitch Anderson (AKA Mitch-a-Palooza), has been broadcasting all-vinyl programing since 2009.

The broadcast focused on the history of ecoustics, which dates back to 1999. It was a time before many had ever heard of Google, which begs the question how did people ever find anything on the Internet before Google? The answer in part, lead to the beginnings of ecoustics.com.

Anderson had follow-up conversions with both Brian Mitchell and Ian White about how music has shaped their lives and set them on their own paths in the audio industry. In addition, Mitch discussed with Ian what does it mean to be an audiophile? The answer may surprise you.
