Plus they offer a 60 day warranty on parts and labor. They soft modded my Wii and Nintendo DS and I was super happy with the work they did. At first I didn't see why or how a soft mode could be so much better than a chip mod, but after actually trying the soft mod out I'll never use a dam chip again!
