If you want to use a system for a TV look into a 5.1 Home Theater In A Box. |

It will give you a lot more options if you ever want to expand later. If you can wait even longer, jump up to http://shoponkyo.com/detail.cfm?productid=TX-SR505&modelid=62&group_id=1&detail= 1&ext_war=1 and find a decent set of used bookshelf speakers (Paradigm Atoms come to mind, craigslist is your friend) which will be a huge jump in quality. Then, add pieces as you go. Either way though, generally a $100 Walmart system will leave a lot to be desired. |
