Monday, July 09, 2007 - 15:07 GMT It will work, also depends on what enclosure you are using them in. No it might not max them out.

Monday, July 09, 2007 - 15:11 GMT Also depends on if that is 600w rms or not. The big old alpines put out pretty good, like the 1000.

Tuesday, July 10, 2007 - 06:36 GMT ok but were talking on a safe level. yes 300 rms can make them move but not jump and kick like they should. and u come into the clipping/overdriving amp issues at really low rms.

Tuesday, July 10, 2007 - 14:54 GMT I agree. If you used a large ported or IB mounting then they would need less power for example. If you want max spl you will need a tighter enclosure and more power. If you are just listening to music 600rms should go pretty loud, 300rms will work but like Keith says the subs can give you more with the right power. My friend has I think a mrv1000 V12 alpine and it is not overrated, I have seen them go for 200+ on ebay. Its the darker silver color with the thick fins. It is rated at 600rms.

Wednesday, July 25, 2007 - 01:06 GMT Woah! Depends on which type r's you have. The new ones are rated for 500 watts rms. The older ones are rated for 300 watts rms. Or something like that... Trying to find the exact specs

Tuesday, January 01, 2008 - 17:27 GMT V12s are pretty good amps IMO, though I'm switching to newer class D to reduce power draw.

Thursday, January 03, 2008 - 16:48 GMT You need some soda or other carbonated beverage...potato chips, and you don't use your vocal cords...still might be hard to hit 45.
