Gold Member Username: DelsolePost Number: 1195 Registered: Feb-05 | wtf are you talking about. i bet the car drives different and is realy bad on gas. them subs weigh alout never mind the amps and batteries you need. |
Silver Member Username: AstrosafariDelhi, Ontario Canada Post Number: 614 Registered: Aug-05 | bryan, are your 4 jachammers 22 inches in diameter? if they are and you cant even here them, maybe cuz the rpm's in the car are revving so high it drownes them out trying to pull the weight. or your amp is like 0.03 of the required wattage, or the back of your car fell off, or your driving a train.just playin man. that subs the true 22 thing that isnt all that. |

Gold Member Username: TdbdadrummerWellsburg, WV USA Post Number: 1816 Registered: Aug-05 | Those Duals bring back memories of just about a month ago... My friend bought that enclosure with a pair of Kicker Comps in it, that a kid had replaced the Duals with. He also bought a Bazooka 300W amp as well...All of this for $150... Takes it to Circuit City, they screw up the install...My friend who I've shown a FEW things (literally) about car audio tries to fix it...Blows the fuse at the battery... So it's 2AM a few nights later and guess who's stuck fixing it? Yea, yours truly. The good thing is, I sold him my sealed box for $50, and I only paid $20 . You wouldn't believe how bad that Dual enclosure sounded...And when CC put it in, they had the polarities messed up and the subwoofers were playing at different times, kinda like in stereo, but not really. The sealed enclosure sounded great though. The moral of the story is...Don't buy crap, and have a smart person who's had more than a week's experience with a tutorial video install your system. |
