Admin - Horizontal Scrolling Issues

All of a sudden the last few days the right margin is off of the page and has to be scrolled over. It is fine on IE but I never use that for obvious reasons. It starts out "normal" and then a half second or so later it jumps to about 30% off the screen to the right side as shown in the screencap. I am assuming that users with Apple's Safari browser are experiencing the same thing since both Opera and Safari use (some of) the Konqueror coding/rendering engine that uses "padding" instead of margins as the example below illustrates: #rightcolumn { width: 196px; /* RC width (ie fullwidth minus 20 for padding) */ padding: 264px 0px 0px 0px; /* I have never seen this happen on any other site and since you say that nobody has changed anything recently, it must be a bug in the forum software that altered the CSS.
