I have a brand new in car DVD that will only play CD's or photo CD's. It wont recognise any DVD's. I have tried region 1 and 2 NTSC and PAL. They are all clean and un scratched and playing perfectly in other equipment. Can anyone help? I have no idea what to do. It is a Goodmans twin screen GCE70W6DVDTW if that helps. It also says there should be a ITB card - but there is nothing and I have no idea what one is!
