HELP!!!

Its fully charged and everything. But it will be playing a song and will just turn off. Also, I wanted to add new songs using Rhapsody but after it recognizes it and loads my songs it turns off and i cant do anything!!! What do i do! I need your guys' help ASAP!

Then, go get the Sansa Firmware Updater and update the firmware. This will destroy all files on the device. Then sync it again.
