Silver Member Username: JohnnerMiami, Florida Post Number: 828 Registered: Nov-05 | I've bout the phone for the MP3 player of it and the good deal I was getting, but I've been trying for 4 days now and I cannot get the music kit to work. I've tried everything I could think of, and the only thing that would do something is a program called BitPim with which I can at least connect to my cellphone and download pictures and ringtones, but the biggest problem is that it would not recognize the mp3 player section. If anybody knows how to fix my problem or way my phone does not connect to windows media player 10 or PClink 2003 please advice; or if any other program I can use. Thanks before hand! |

Silver Member Username: JohnnerMiami, Florida Post Number: 856 Registered: Nov-05 | Well I called 611 on my Verizon Wireless phone and talk to costumer service and tall me that the problem is Windows Media Player. I found this thing called ActiveSync http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/activesync/default.mspx That should fix the problem, unlucky enough I do not have a legal version of Windows Xp so I could not download it/installed it. But if this helps anybody else I would not mind. |
