I cant put songs from cd to ipod!

When iTunes activates, iTunes will list the names of the songs on your CD. Look on the upper right hand corner of iTunes. You will see a circular icon with a label that reads "Import CD" Click on this button and your CD will be imported into your iTunes librabry. Read your manual, for details. If you don't have a manual you can contact tech support at apple.com

That is one reason why there is a lot of conflict in systems, too many programs running the same thing.
