all you need to do is go to wher it says music photos .etc, and hold down the menu and center button for 5 to 10 seconds. This resets ur iPod but dont worry it does not lose ur songs or anything!
actually this happened to me yesterday! all you do is press the menu and the center button for 5 to 10 seconds. this resets it but you won't lose any songs!
