Ok, I have a 3rd gen ipod with linux installed as well as floydzilla. I made a recording with the headphones which was fun, until i booted back into the ipod firmware, and none of my songs were there. In About, it said 0 songs. I went back into Linux and used the file browser, and all my songs were still in the Ipod_control/device folder. I plugged my ipod into the computer, and it said that the file on the ipod was corrupt: ipod_control/iTunes. I ran chckdisk or whatever and it is no longer corrupt, but my songs do still now show up on the ipod! I have started reloading all of my songs via USB (not 2.0) so this will take a long time. But why did my songs not appear, even though they were still on the ipod?
