I have a Lyra 2212. It keeps freezing. I can get podcasts to play just fine. I can get other mp3s and WMA's to play too. However, when I try to get Audible files to play (loading them on the Lyra using Audible Manager), they freeze the unit. The only way out is to remove the clip, access the battery and remove it to reboot it. Why didn't they put a reset button on this thing?!!
I've updated the firmware. I've profiled the device. I've tried putting small sections of the audible files on (4-5 MB)... nothing works.
If anyone has any suggestions about the Audible stuff, I'd REALLY appreciate it. RCA has NO help. Audible doesn't respond. And i'm going NUTS!!
