My Atrac3plus CD can only fit 331 songs. Please help.

I have made an Atrac3plus CD, but it only held 331 songs on it. The CD itself is a Sony CD-R with 700MB and 80mins long. All files were converted to 48kbps, but this thing could still hold 159 songs. Has anyone had this problem? I wouldn't mind burning another CD, but this really ticked me off. Please reply, thanks.
