Ethan Reeves Unregistered guest | Hi, I just bought this new refurbished mp3 player, but I don't know how to move through the options. The navigation control buttons don't seem to be doing anyting. I tried moving up and down using the two arrows on the middle select button, but it doesn't work. Then I tried using the volume buttons and they don't do anyting either. In fact I can't even change my volume. If you could please help, I'll really appriciate it. Thanks. |

Ethan Reeves Unregistered guest | Yes, I can reset it but it doesn't help and the Manual only has a diagram of the navigation controls but doesn't explain it. Here is a picture of the unit: http://akamai-lq.bizrate.com/resize?sq=400&uid=140946770 The buttons on the side are the options buttons. The navigation buttons are on the centre bottom. The long bar button on the centre of the circle is the select button, the ones on top of it are the volume buttom. But you can't press the volume buttons; it's part of the hardware's cover. I thought it might be touch sensitive but it's not. Because of this I can't change the volume either. |
