Unregistered guest | I am using XP Pro and I can't get my player to be recognized by any of the programs and the computer to transfer files to it. I have uninstalled ALL my USB drivers for all my devices and then reinstalled them several times over. I am frusterated and want to throw it at the wall or take it back to the store. Either way, it doesn't work for me right now. |

Anonymous | Same here, I keep getting an odd "Unhandled Exception" message. Something about an Incompatable version of the RPC stub. RCA's site is of no help on this. I'm using Windows 98 SE. |
