I recently noticed that my MP3 player was going through batteries like crazy. I felt like I spent more money on heavy duty batteries than I did on the player. I finally realized that it was the batteries. I decided to use alkaline and sure enough they lasted at least 4 times longer than the heavy duty batteries. Has this happened to anyone else?
Yeah, heavy duty batteries are sort of useless these days when you have the option of alkalines. Alkalines barely cost much more yet they operate better in every way as well as last much longer. I learned the hard way as well.
