I mean it is a main staple in my life. I'm Irish, my ancestors have made a living off "living" off beer lol. Booze is another story. I don't dwell in the heavy stuff. I have it for my bar but don't drink it consistently. Plymouth, being from Ontario, I bet you can appreciate the difference in beer from Canada and the states. I know from experience that beer bought in Canada has higher alcohol content than in the US. I've camped in Canada many times and had to adhere to the 2 case beer limit import law. It sucks because when you have a 2 week fishing trip you are forced to buy local beer, which is far more expensive. Again, all part of the local taxation. |

I decided to stop using whey protein and decided to get all my protein needs from food. It just seems like they dont stick with your body like food proteins do even using slow digesting proteins like casein. Not to mention i think a person gets more nutrients from real food than these protein powders. This will also be easier on my wallet since I wont be buying them anymore. If i feel the need for a protein shake ill make one from real foods. As a side note do you think it would be unwise to go with raw milk? It has ALOT more nutrients than pasteurized. |
