I purchase a Samsung camcorder and after using it, tried to finalize the mini dvd. It did not finalize it. The store replaced it with the same model. Again, I used it and it would not finalize the dvd (I even bought new dvds). The store replaced it with a model from Canon. It works and finalizes without any problems. My question is, how do I get the first two dvds in a format that I can use on my computer or in my dvd player? I really need that data because it is from football camps, and I need that data in order to make highlight dvds for my son. We are trying to get him a place on a college team next year. But I really need that data. Anyone have any suggestions?
