Post Number: 17573 Registered: Oct-05 | man what is this world coming to. one of the local middle school had a lock down today. apparently someone saw a person with a gun. the police couldn't find anyone but the whole school had to go on lock down. what happened to the days when only emergency training the kids had to endure was during earth quakes. we were told to crawl under the table. now one of the emergency training is lock the door and drop to the ground. |

Chad, I remember those "earthquake drills"...hiding under the desks really bothered me. I'm thinking..."this whole building will come down on top of everyone, and you think our tiny little desk is going to protect us?"..then I realized, they make you go under the desk so that they can find your body easily.  |

I can't even tell you how many people I've seen get pulled out of class and arrested for having drugs in their backpack. I've seen people do lines of coke right next to me in the middle of class. One of the teachers there got arrested for sex with a minor in his classroom after school and 2 other teachers got arrested for dealing drugs out of their house. This is just what happened in the 4 years I was there lol. Real good school though. One of the best in the state. Just gotta know who not to talk with. |
