when im trying to press play on my camera to watch my recorded files. a message is saying 'no applicable files available'. On the camera theres a wired sign too(attached). i also tried to download them to my computer but when i connect it they dont show on the pc.can someone help plz?
I was wondering if you were able to resolve this issue. I have a dcr sr42 camera. Half my videos have this weird icon and other half are just fine. Please let me know if you found a way out of this problem. Thanks.
