Nikon Picture Project 1.0/ Editing Issue

I transfer my digital photos onto Nikon Picture Project 1.0. I have no problems with that. Then I can edit them just fine using "Photo Enhance" My problem is that I don't know how to store the edited version of the picture. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this annoyance?

I have almost 900 pictures that I have NOT saved to CD and it will not let me open any of them. What do I need to do, to open my pictures???Please help.
