Or is the Sony a better piece of equipment? And aside from fewer megapixes, is the Powershot S1 any "worse" than these two? |

Sony is not a camera-centric company, if you want playstation or a television, then by all means get a Sony. They make feature rich cameras, but when the problems start, good luck dealing with any type of support. |

There is a reason Canon is one of the two 900-lb gorillas in the digital camera market. Don't get hung up on the megapixel count. Anything 3MP or over is fine for most users needs (i.e., 4x6 prints, web & email sharing). |
