Cannon ZR-100 mini DV Digital camcoder

I am having a cannon ZR-100 mini DV Digital camcoder.I have installed a firewire pci card also in my PC.I am unable to transfer data from my camcoder to PC.I am not able to see my camcoder when I connect my camcoder to pc.Can anyone Please help me.
